While your credit card information is collected at the time of purchase, only the last 4 digits are stored on Village Decorator’s server. Although we take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of the information we receive.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING
When will I be charged?
Once your order has shipped, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
How and will my order be shipped?
Most in-stock orders will ship out within a day of ordering except large, heavy and oversized items or items specially made, which may require extra shipping charges and delivery time. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. For orders with several items, we will ship what is in stock immediately and charge the credit card for only what is shipped and their appropriate shipping and tax.
The amount of time that it takes for your order to reach its destination will depend on your choice of shipping service and how fast you want your order delivered - the faster the service, the higher the shipping rate. At check-out, you will see a schedule of available shipping services and related timeframes.
Because all of our items are handmade or specially made and therefore, it may happen that we do not have an item in stock in our warehouse. Therefore they may no be available to ship within the 24 hours of receiving your order. In this case, we will inform you by email, within the 24 hours of receiving your order the expected timeframe for shipment of your order.
What are your shipping charges?
Our shipping charges are based on the weight and/or volume of the total merchandise shipped to each delivery address. Standard ground services requires 5 to 10 business days. For a schedule of fees and time services please see our table at the time of your checkout.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Village Decorators can ship to many countries around the world. For a complete list of countries we currently ship to and the different rates, please view our International Shipping Table at the time of checkout.
For all shipments outside the U.S. Village Decorators cannot be held responsible for any tax and duty requirements outside the USA. Therefore, customers should look into the possible tariffs and/or duties that might be imposed by local law on incoming international shipments.
Do you ship to APO, FPO, and P.O. Box?
We do not ship to APO, FPO and PO Boxes.
What if the package is returned as undeliverable to Village Decorators?
Customers will be charged $10.00 for all packages returned as undeliverable, refused, or address errors, or if an APO, FPO, or PO Box address has been given. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges assessed by the shipping services as well as any duty and/or import charges on refused or unclaimed shipments for all international deliveries.
Can you gift box my order?
Currently Village Decorators does not offer gift box services. However, you may include a gift message for the recipient in your order.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. You may also log into your account to check the status of your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What is Village Decorator’s Return Policy?
At Village Decorators, we want you to be a proud owner of a hand-made and original item, while knowing you have contributed to helping a village. In the unfortunate event, you are not at all satisfied with your purchase please return it for a prompt exchange or refund of the product purchase price. Full refunds will be available for up to 30 days from the day you received your order. You will be responsible for all packaging and shipping costs to return the item(s) to Village Decorators as well as taxes and import duties, if you are shipping internationally.
How do I return my purchase?
Please pack all items in a secure package or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip with the order number. We will not refund you if your package is received without your order number and original shipping address properly labeled. Send the items back to us at the address below using any traceable method. We strongly recommend that you insure the return package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items are returned to us in their original condition. Sorry, we do not accept COD packages.
Unless your return is a result of an error by Village Decorators, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges as well as taxes and import duties, if you are shipping internationally. Village Decorators will not refund you the return packaging, insurance and shipping charges.

How long will it take to get refunded after returning an item?
Once we receive your package, your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
